We are passionate about
great coffee and espresso.
We want to offer our guests unique ways to consume great coffee including halogen siphons. We feature beans from local artisan roasting company, Amaya, and will also rotate in some other special roasts from around the country such as Heart and Intelligentsia.
From our coffee to our kitchen, we support local vendors everyday such as Houston Dairymaids, Slow Dough Bread Co., Fredlyn Nut Co. Fluff Bake Bar, Euro-Mid inc., Mill King Diary, Juice it Raw and 44 Farms.
We also pay attention to what’s on the plates, as well as in the cups. We realize that people actually like something great to nibble on, no matter how wonderfully pure and complex that cup may be. With the help of Amanda McGraw, formerly of B19, we put together a simple, yet great tasting menu. All of our craft beer and wine are delivered by tap. Cheers!
